VENDOR INFORMATION REQUEST

To complete your registration for IDrive Throwdown 2025, please provide additional details to ensure we have everything needed to promote your brand effectively. This form will collect contact information, booth specifics, and your logo for marketing purposes. Thank you for helping us make this event a success!

This Agreement, between IDrive Throwdown (“Organizer”) and [Vendor Name], outlines the terms for Vendor’s participation at IDrive Throwdown 2025 (“Event”) held at Dezerland, Orlando, FL, on March 28-29, 2025. Vendor setup will occur on March 27, with teardown by March 30, 2025.

Vendor fees are non-refundable, and full payment is required to secure booth space. Booth space assignment will be at Organizer’s discretion. All Vendor spaces must adhere to setup and cleanliness standards, and any tents or trusses require a $25 permit and a fire extinguisher for booths 10x10 or larger. Vendors must maintain liability insurance with a minimum $1,000,000 limit, with “IDrive Throwdown” and “Dezerland” listed as additional insured.

Organizer is not liable for any loss or injury. Wristbands are provided for Vendor staff, and additional ones may be purchased. Booth Truck registration is required for vehicles at the booth. All Vendor personnel must comply with Event rules, and failure to do so may result in termination without refund.

By signing below, Vendor agrees to all terms and conditions in this Agreement.
